A selection from 500+ roofs completed across Lincoln, Scunthorpe, Gainsborough and Lincolnshire.
Lincolnshire roofs take a battering - the county is one of the most exposed in England, and the housing stock runs from Victorian terraces and Welsh slate around the Cathedral Quarter to 1930s semis and modern estates. Our vans are locally based and most jobs we've done, we've done before.
Submit a quote request and a real local roofer rings you back during working hours - not a call centre.
Every quote is a fixed total in writing. No hourly rates, no "we found extra problems" surprises after work begins.
All workmanship is backed by a written guarantee of up to 25 years. If something goes wrong on a job we did, we come back and fix it.
We know Lincoln's Victorian terraces, older slate roofs around the Cathedral Quarter, and the exposed Lincolnshire weather that punishes poorly-fitted leadwork. Whether you're in the city centre or across the Wolds, our vans cover the whole county.

We asked Fred and his team to come and look at the roof on our property using their drone images and technology they have. They showed us our roof in full detail and then we asked Fred and his team to put a brand new roof on the property. Fred laid out all that was wrong in detail therefore we put our trust into Fred and his team, finding them all very friendly and professional. They work very fast to a very high standard and they provide photos before and after and we are both delighted with the end result, would highly recommend Fred and his team for any roofing work very tidy and very understanding and very easy to talk to

Had a proper emergency, flat roof rain coming in. Rang this company and they came out straight away then came back in the afternoon and sorted it. It rained the next day and night and whoopee dry no rain. Thank you very much and they were polite and cleaned up after themselves

would 100% recommend F&N Roofers. From start to finish explained all, good communication throughout, excellent end result on new roof. My neighbour said the lads never stopped all day so thank you all.

“I started F&N Roofing with one simple rule - if I wouldn't accept it on my own house, it doesn't go on yours. Most of our work today comes from word of mouth and second jobs from happy customers. That's how I know we're doing it right.”
